As an official retailer, you will get access to a stunning selection of pieces, a healthy retail margin and advice on how to style and present our jewellery. Our expertise, knowledge and enthusiasm ensures that every one of our customers gets a bespoke service. We also offer customers the opportunity to create exclusive lines, as well as creating own branded lines. We work with many different methods of production and have a well-established portfolio of manufacturers who share our ethos of quality, in both design and finish. T&C's
Initial orders must be paid pro forma. Further orders can be paid up to 30 days from date of invoices by BACS or debit card, cheques are no longer acceptable. Late payments may be subject to an 8% per annum interest charge. Reeves & Reeves are unable to offer sale or return arrangements, items will be replaced or credited provided it is clear there is a manufacturing fault. Ownership of goods does not pass to customer until payment has been made. Items must not be sold below our RRP.

At Reeves & Reeves, we value the relationships we build with our trade customers. To ensure mutual success and maintain a positive brand experience for all, we kindly ask our trade customers to adhere to the following policy when it comes to participating in events where Reeves & Reeves is exhibiting.

Trade customers are not permitted to attend, exhibit, or sell at any events where Reeves & Reeves will be present.

If a trade customer wishes to attend events or exhibitions with Reeves & Reeves, please send us a list before confirming your booking. We encourage open communication, however, any conflict with our brand’s presence or product range should be discussed in advance.

Customers will provide high standard of service and act in a manner that will not reduce or diminish the good reputation of the R&R brand in any way.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of the trade agreement and potential legal action if brand confusion or reputational damage occurs. Reeves & Reeves reserves the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our event schedule or trade policies. We recommend that all trade customers stay informed of any updates to avoid potential issues.
