Please Note

All mainland UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. We do not require a signature on delivery, unless you wish your parcel to be delivered via Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands are also sent via Royal Mail.

International Delivery

Includes any address outside of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. You might well be charged import duties and customs charges that are outside of our control. Please check your own country policy.

Returns

We always hope that you love what you've ordered from us. But if, for any reason you don't, we'll be happy to refund or exchange any item that is returned in a fully re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. If you paid for standard delivery on the original order, provided the item is returned within 14 days, we will also reimburse you for this cost. (Please note: we do not operate a free returns policy, so, unless the item is deemed to be faulty, cost for return postage is liable to be paid by the consumer).

In the unlikely event that an order arrives and it is faulty, please contact us to arrange a return.

*For Christmas gift orders, our returns policy will be extended till the 14th January*

If an exchange is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed. Please email our customer care team on caroline@reevesandreeves.com and we will be happy to help you with this. If you would like an exchange and there is a difference in price between the two items, we will refund you the difference once we have received your unwanted item or contact you for an additional payment if the new item is more expensive. We will send you the new item free of any new delivery charge (to the UK). For hygiene reasons we cannot accept earrings as a return or exchange unless faulty.
