Do you have a store I can visit?
We are an online retailer only - Reeves & Reeves do not have a physical store you can visit but we are in lots of other stores all around the country, see our list of stockists. All our pieces are on our website and we are frequently adding new products. If you need any more assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal. If you would prefer to pay via card over the phone, you can call us on 01460 221630.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this cut off will be dispatched on the next working day. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery and postage will cost you £12.
What delivery options are available?
We offer free shipping for orders over £25, and these will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery service. For orders under £25, there will be a £2.95 charge, and these will also be sent via 1st class delivery. If you wish to upgrade your delivery, you can select Tracked24 or Express Next Day Delivery at checkout. Tracked24 costs £4.95, and Express Next Day Delivery is £6.95.
How long will Tracked24 delivery take?
If your order is placed before 12 noon, it will be dispatched the same working day. If you select Tracked24 delivery at checkout, this will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
I need my order by the following day, can you do this?
Yes! Our cut off for parcels is 12 noon, but as long as your order is placed before this time, you can select Express Next Day Delivery at checkout for £6.95. This will ensure you receive your parcel by 1pm the next working day.
Can I track my parcel?
Most parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery - there is no tracking option available with this service but you can choose to opt for Tracked24 or Express Next Day Delivery at checkout. With these services there will be tracking available.
I put the wrong shipping address, can I change this?
Please contact us as soon as you notice the mistake in shipping address. As long as your order has not already gone through the postal system we can manually change this for you.
Why didn't I receive an email confirmation?
The first place to check is your junk box in your emails - we promise we aren't sending you junk! but sometimes our emails do go into the junk folder. If you still have not got an email, please do call us to check your order has gone through correctly. You will receive another notification once your order has been dispatched.
What is Gold Vermeil? Vemeil is a gold plate on sterling silver, "plated sterling silver." We use an 18k plate of aprox 3 microns which is long lasting. Any continued rubbing, wear or washing will cause the vermeil plate to rub off in time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes - our pieces come in individual branded Reeves & Reeves gift boxes, and gift wrapping can be added as an extra charge. You will see the option to add gift wrap when adding the product to cart. Your jewellery will be gift wrapped in our beautiful floral wrapping paper, and tied with white ribbon ready to gift.
Can I personalise an item?
We do not offer engraving, but many of our items are suitable for engraving elsewhere. We do have a great selection of charms, including initials, and if you wish to personalise any piece by adding a charm, please do contact us before purchase, as we can ensure this is possible with the piece you have selected.
What do I do if I am not happy with the product when it arrives?
We are more than happy to try and resolve the issue with you. Please contact us on email@example.com or call us on 01460 221630. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings - please see our returns policy here.
Where do I enter my discount code?
You can enter a promotional code at checkout in the 'gift card or discount code' box.
Do you have a catalogue?
No, we have such a vast range of jewellery, the easiest way to keep all of our pieces up to date is via our website. If you are a regular to our website, you can keep up to date with our new pieces, by sorting each category by 'newest first'. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to receive first hand information on our new products and exclusive discount codes!
How do I clean my Silver Jewellery?
