Ordered the ring online for the correct size, having seen it at the Great Yorkshire Show -good service, arrived so quickly! Hope to see similar next year, if I can wait that long!

The ring arrived very quickly and well presented. It was a lovely gift for my mother and looks lovely.

I ordered a necklace and the chain broke, I emailed them and received a reply in literally 2 mins, a new replacement chain was sent and I received the very next day! I also asked about matching earrings, again immediate reply, so I ordered them and again received the next day! Amazing customer service still exists 🤗

But it became very expensive as 41% customs and fees were added to the order to import to Europe (on top of the shipping fees). I feel that this information wasn’t clearly communicated when I purchased the bracelet from what I thought was a European website
