Oustanding Customer Service

I gave these earrings a 1 star due to the size and thought I should now put the record straight. Apparently, I purchased these earrings when they were new in stock so the photo had not been uploaded. It has now been uploaded so potential purchasers will have a better idea of what they will look like on. I aired my disappointment to Reeves and Reeves and I cannot fault the Customer service I received off Hannah and Caroline. It was outstanding. They replied to my email immediately and sorted me out within hours. I am now the proud owner of the beautiful high shine stars which look stunning on. Thank you Hannah and Caroline for all your help.

BEWARE, disappointing size

Very disappointed with the size of these earrings. It is hard to judge the size when there isn't a photograph of a model wearing them and it is an online purchase. Unfortunately, I have read that due to hygiene reasons I am unable to return them, although they have not been out of the box, so Reeves and Reeves have just made an easy £15 out of me, as I will not be wearing them. The description should quote that they are minature stars, so that potential buyers will not be disappointed with the size.
