I wanted to give my family a treat so I dusted down our raclette machine and went online and found a great company called lovecheeseco based in Lancashire (they sell via eBay). I ordered an enormous amount of raclette and proceeded to set the table with bowls and plates of new potatoes, gherkins, roast veg, cold meats and so on. It was a real treat and lovely to see the kids tucking in and enjoying the experience. I had rather a lot of the delicious raclette cheese left over so have been researching other dishes I can knock up with this fabulous cheese.
