An excuse not to exercise

Usually I find it very easy to have an excuse not to exercise - too wet, too windy, not enough time etc…and even then, find it really hard to get into any sort of routine. With the enforced isolation, I need to be strict with myself and ensure that I keep as fit as possible as now there is no excuse!!! I find that my daily dose of caffeine just before I exercise is a reward for work and keeps me motivated - along with my very fast daughter Honor - who models leggings much better than I do! I am not ashamed to admit that I am slightly obsessed with making flat whites and would not be without the amazing common coffee which is making the lockdown more bearable. Small pleasures are really important.
